There is no such thing as a "bad" food, but there are certain foods that you should try not to have regularly. Since fast food is high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol, you should not always eat it. Too much eating over a long period of time can lead to problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, and unwanted weight gain
Since consuming a lot of trans fats can cause some heart health issues, the FDA (Federal Food and Drug Administration) has mandated the elimination of artificial trans fats from partially hydrogenated oils from restaurant-sold foods by 2020
Is this happening now?!kkkk
Fast food negatively affects the organs of the body
Most fast food is filled with sugar with little or no nutrition, including drinks and sides. When these foods are broken down by your digestive system the carbs are released into your
bloodstream as glucose (sugar),This increases your blood sugar
Through releasing insulin, the pancreas reacts to the increase in glucose. Insulin transfers the
sugar to cells that need it for energy in your body. When the sugar is used or stored in your body, your blood sugar returns to normal
This blood sugar process is highly regulated by your body and your organs can handle these
spikes of sugar properly as long as you're healthy
Yet eating high quantities of carbohydrates also can lead to frequent spikes in your blood sugar
These spikes of insulin can cause your body's normal insulin response to falter over time. This
increases your risk for resistance to insulin, type 2 diabetes and weight gain
b) respiratory system
Fast-food meals cause excess calories to gain weight. That can contribute to obesity. Obesity increases your risk of breathing, including asthma and shortness of breath,The extra pounds can put pressure on your heart and the symptoms, even with little effort, may appear
You may notice breathing difficulties when walking, climbing stairs, or exercising. The risk of respiratory problems is particularly obvious for kids. One research showed that kids who eat fast food at least three days a week appear to develop asthma
c) central nervous system
In the short term, fast food may satisfy hunger, but the long-term outcomes are less positive.
People who consume fast food and fried pastries are 51 per cent more likely to experience
depression relative to people who do not consume or eat certain foods
d) skeletal system
Carbs and sugar will increase the acid content in your mouth in fast food and processed food.
Such acids can break down the enamel of the dents. Bacteria may take hold as tooth enamel
disappears, and cavities can form
Obesity can also lead to muscle mass and bone density complications. People who are obese are more likely to fall and break bones. Continue exercising is necessary to develop muscles that support your bones and maintain a balanced diet to reduce bone loss
