Positive thought does not mean you stick your head in the sand and neglect less fun circumstances in your life. Positive thought implies only a more positive and constructive approach to unpleasant .You  assume the best will happen , not the worst .aa

Positive thought begins with self-talk sometimes. Self-talk is the never-ending stream of unspoken thoughts flowing into your mind. These automatic ideas may be either positive or negative. Some of your self-talk is rational and fair. Other self-talking ideas can be created by misunderstandings you generate due to a lack of knowledge .a

If your feelings are mostly negative, your view on life is more pessimistic. You are definitely a positive one who exercise positive thinking if your thoughts are always positive. a

When we get stuck in some of the hardest times in our lives, we prefer to let the mind overwhelm with negative thoughts. The mental mix needed to convert even one positive person into a source of negative effects is difficult or painful situations. The more we think about how rotten everything is, the more we get into self-pity or have a negative point of view on life. If you think negatively all the time, you're going to draw anything into your life. You may be a typically optimistic, happy person, but if you give in to a negative person, in many situations you slowly slip into a flow of negative energy. Negativity has been shown to have a more real impact than we realize, however. Having negativity in your thoughts and your mind, or having a negative viewpoint on the world can start to affect your body. You can have negative effects on your mind and emotions or negative perceptions of the world.a

In general, pessimistic thought correlates with high stress. Negative behaviors also influence the chemicals in the brain and disturb the balance of hormones in our bodies, which makes us feel even more whacky .

It's time to shift your outlook if you have experienced a relentless downward trend of negativity or a sense of desperation. It probably has already influenced your health somehow, whether you know it or not, and the longer you adjust, the greater will be the impact .aaa

Researchers continue to research the impact on the well being of positive thought and optimism .

Lower levels of distress

Greater resistance to the common cold

Better psychological and physical well-being

When you take over and select to look at it from a better viewpoint for improvements, you have to take a foothold in the pattern of negative actions .aa

It can take time to eradicate an environment of gloom and dullness, but with persistence, the sunny side  of things improves when you see .aaaa
